Color Accuracy:
While we strive to display accurate colors in our product images, variations may occur due to your device's display settings. We recommend checking your device’s settings before placing an order.
Size Guide:
Each product comes with a specific size guide to ensure a perfect fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page, as it may vary between items.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, immediately contact us for a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. Please provide your order details and a description of the defect when contacting our customer service.
Order Cancellation and Returns for Non-Defective Products:
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned unused, with original tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping and handling fees will be deducted based on order weight.
- An additional 5% of the total order cost is deducted as a non-refundable transaction fee.
- Refund as Store Credit: Once the product is returned, we will initiate the Store Credit within 3 days, applying all applicable deductions. The Store Credit will have lifetime validity, allowing you to redeem it at any time.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

In-Person Returns:
We offer the convenience of in-person returns at our physical store location. The return period and notifying time will remain the same as specified in our original policy. Please visit us at:

- Specify the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
- Indicate the preferred size you would like to receive in exchange in case of a size mismatch.
- Please await a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us for initiating the return. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner. If their service is unavailable at your address, we request that you self-ship it to our address.
Ensure that the item is securely packaged and includes the original packaging and order number on the package for identification purposes. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. If the product passes the inspection, we will process the exchange and send the replacement to you.
Please note that we will ship the exchanged product to you once we receive and process the returned item. Exchange processing times may vary, but we will do our best to complete the process promptly. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your exchange request (e.g., due to the preferred size being out of stock), we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
Refusal of Exchanges:
Vanaghotra reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the returned product does not meet our exchange eligibility criteria.
